• entity must be incorporated or registered in an eligible form
• entity must work toward innovation or improvement of products, services or processes
• entity must have potential to generate employment or create wealth
• entity must not be formed by splitting up or reconstruction of an existing business

How to apply

   Confirm the entity and current recognition criteria

   Check entity form, incorporation date, turnover, innovation or improvement case and the current notification before starting.

   Create or use the NSWS account

   Use the startup's own account, email and mobile details on the National Single Window System.

   Add Registration as a Startup and submit

   Complete the current Central Approval form, attach the requested material and retain the acknowledgement.
