How to apply

   Confirm MSE and Udyam status

   Verify that the enterprise is micro or small and has a valid Udyam Registration.

   Prepare the delayed-payment reference

   Collect your claim details, buyer information, invoices and supporting documents as required on the MSME ODR/Samadhaan portal.

   Use the current ODR/Samadhaan route

   For a new case, follow the official ODR claimant/seller route and its Samadhaan integration for examination by the relevant State MSE Facilitation Council.
