Collect SC certificate, family-income proof, KYC, project/business plan, cost estimates and any channel-partner documents.
Official step - 3Apply through an authorized route
Use PM-SURAJ where available or approach the relevant SCA/authorized channel partner; do not submit directly to NSFDC as if it were a direct lender branch.

The channel partner evaluates the project, confirms the track, documents interest/margin/security and processes disbursement and repayment.
